3222391 - TODATE function displays an error when passed a Date-Time dimension in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

The following error occurs in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) when passing a Date-Time dimension to the TODATE funtion:

• Formula could not be computed: Function "ToDate" exects parameter 1 to be of a type Datetime. Try rewriting the formula.

• SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 2021.8.14

1. Create a new model from a data source that has a date-time dimension 
2. In the model create a new formula that is: TODATE ([name of the date-time dimension])
