Candidates receive welcome notification and try to log in with the link, but fail with error message "The URL that you are trying to access is no longer valid. Please use the latest URL that has been mailed to you."

HRIS sync mapping changed the username

Please go to Manage Business Configuration >> HRIS sync mapping.

Check if there is any mapping to username.

If yes, remove that.
