Symptom

  • This article explains the Product Eligibility Title Rule.
  • The purpose of this rule is to validate that all Producers for the supplied Producer and Contract as well as Producer / Contracts in the Hierarchy have a properly classified Title for the Product.
  • For Variable Products, all Producers must have a Title that is configured to allow “Variable” products.
  • For Non-Variable Products, all Producers must have a Title that is configured to allow “Non-Variable” products.
