3223220 - Native Login Deprecation Warning Pop-up - Criteria to Show/Hide

Upon accessing Learning Administration, a warning message shows up that is about Native Login Deprecation and the need to migrate to SAP Cloud Identity Services.

The warning will repeat monthly when an administrator logs in until IAS is activated or legacy authentication is removed from the system. All 4 criteria must be met for the warning to be displayed:

1. IAS activation is false in Learning
2. Learning tenant is integrated with HXM Suite (Platform/BizX)
3. A backend recurring job has ran and a user has Learning as their User Source System
4. The administrator has any one of the following permissions associated to their role:
   
   • Add User
   • Copy User
   • Edit User Created Account Configuration
   • Reset User Passwords
   • Add Site
   • Activate Identity Authentication Integration

If one of the 4 criteria is not met, then the warning message will not appear. For example, removing the permissions from the administrators or making sure there are no users with "Learning" as their User Source System, the warning will not show up. It is your responsibility to make these changes on your environment if necessary and also to identify if you are impacted by the migration to IAS. Resources:
