3223295 - Dump When Accessing Time Accounts Overview from Employee's Time Sheet

An employee has observed that, when clicking the Time Accounts Overview link from within their time sheet, the system dumps.

1. Open the Home work center
2. Access the Self-Services Overview work center view
3. Click the New Leave Request link under the Time section
4. Click the Time Accounts Overview link
5. Dump occurs

A possible cause of the issue is that one of the time accounts assigned to the user is listed under both the Time Account Posting and the Special Posting Order for its relevant type, which is a duplicate time account mapping.

In such case, the system tries to post the time account type twice, which is incorrect and thus causes the system to dump.

To fix this issue, system administrator needs to review the time types assigned to the employee and ensure none of them has a duplicate time account mapping (i.e. the same time account assigned to the Time Account Posting and the Special Posting Order tabs).

To do this:

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center
2. Access the Overview work center view
3. Locate and open the fine-tuning activity "Time Types - Belgium"
4. Choose one of the following:
1. Remove time account from the Time Account Posting tab
1. Click the link to Maintain Employee Time Types
2. Select time type BE0031 - Vacation
3. In the table below, navigate to the Time Account Posting tab
4. Select the row for time account BE0010 - Paid Time Off and click Remove.
2. Remove time account from the Special Posting Order:
1. Click the link to Maintain Employee Time Types
2. Select posting order POBE01 - 1st Leave Disabl. Persons, 2nd Vacation
3. In the table below, select the row for Paid Time Off and click Remove
4. Under the Time Account Posting tab, remove time account BE0010 - Paid Time Off.
