Symptom
When clicking the Time Accounts Overview link within the Time Sheet in the employees Home view, the system dumps.
Environment

Reproducing the Issue
- Open the Home work center
- Access the Self-Services Overview work center view
- Click the New Leave Request link under the Time section
- Click the Time Accounts Overview link
- Dump occurs
Cause
- A possible cause of the issue is that one of the time accounts assigned to the user is listed under both, the Time Account Posting and the Special Posting Order for its relevant type.
- This is causing a duplicate time account mapping.
- In such a case, the system tries to post the time account type twice, which is incorrect and thus causes the system to dump.
Resolution
- To identify and fix this issue on administrator side, all time types that are assigned to the employee need to be reviewed.
- None of these time types should have a duplicate time account mapping (i.e. the same time account assigned to the Time Account Posting and the Special Posting Order tabs).
To identify, perform below steps per time type:
- Go to the Business Configuration work center.
- Access the Overview work center view.
- Locate and open the fine-tuning activity "Time Types - Belgium" (as example).
- Check the Time Account Posting tab.
- Click the link to Maintain Employee Time Types.
- Select time type BE0031 - Vacation (as example).
- In the table below, navigate to the Time Account Posting tab.
- Find BE0010 - Paid Time Off (as example).
- Check the Special Posting Order tab:
- Click the link to Maintain Employee Time Types.
- In the table below, navigate to the Special Posting Order tab.
- Find posting order POBE01 - 1st Leave Disabl. Persons, 2nd Vacation (as example).
- Close the Maintain Employee Time view.
- Check the Time Account Posting Order.
- Click the link to Maintain Time Account Posting Order.
- Find POBE01 - 1st Leave Disabl. Persons, 2nd Vacation (as example).
- Find BE0010 - Paid Time Off (as example) as one step of this posting order.
To solve, choose one of the following:
- Remove the time account from the Time Account Posting tab. (e.g. BE0010 - Paid Time Off in above example).
- Remove the time account from the Special Posting Order (e.g. BE0010 - Paid Time Off in above example).
