3223432 - Provisioning jobs - connection refused with External FTP hosted on Microsoft Azure - SAP SuccessFactors Platform

• Unable to establish successful connection  with external/3rd party  FTP for provisioning jobs .
• Can not establish FTP connection via polbiostsftpprod001.blob.core.windows.net -- Error: error 111 - Connection refused (Connection refused)

SuccessFactors HXM Suite

Configure or schedule  any provisioning job using customer external FTP  credentials  which is hosted on Azure platform  and test the connection, connection fails with the below error in screenshot

 Customer SFTP  server is hosted in Microsoft Azure

This is a known issue for Azure SFTP currently , which is not working with the Jsch FTP client library in Java, you can find the detail at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/713024/connection-to-azure-sftp-doesnt-work-using-jsch.html

As workaround, customer can user other SFTP services instead of Azure SFTP.
