Symptom

Opening a jupyter notebook from a Machine Learning scenario fails with below error message:

Unexpected response 500: template failure: Unexpected response 500: error setting parameters file for app jupyter:
error unmarshaling app spec: quantities must match the regular expression '^([+-]?[0-9.]+)([eEinumkKMGTP]*[-+]?[0-9]*)$'
