3223490 - No "SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone" service existing in "Service" dropdown list from "New Instance or Subscription"

You have purchased "SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone" solution and newly created a subaccount as per Prerequisites, but after clicking on "Create" at top-right corner of "Instances and Subscriptions" screen, you can't find "SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone" in Service dropdown list from "New Instance or Subscription" page.

• SAP WorkZone for HR

1. Create a new subaccount;
2. Go to "Instances and Subscriptions" screen of new subaccount, click on "Create";
3. There is no "SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone" existing in "Service" dropdown list from "New Instance or Subscription" page.

The service has not been assigned to subaccount level yet.

Go to Global Account and assign this service to subaccount as per Configure Entitlements and Quotas for Subaccounts firstly, then create subscription for "SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone" from subaccount level.

Here is an example for Feature Set A subaccount:
Steps:

1. Go to Global Account, click on "Entitlements" -> Subaccount Assignments";
2. Select the newly created subaccount from "Select Entities";
3. Click on "Configure Entitlements" -> "Add Services Plans";
4. Select "SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone" from left side, click on "standard" from "Available Plans", click on "Add 1 Service Plan"; 
5. Click on "Save" in "Entity Assignments" page; 
6. Access the newly created subaccount, go to "Entitlements", confirm whether "SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone" has been assigned;
7. Go to "Instance and Subscriptions", click on "Create" at top right corner;
8. Find "SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone" from "Service" dropdown list, select "standard - subscriptions" as "Plan", click on "Create".

Note: If you don't have this service at Global Account level at all, please check order with SAP Account Manager/Executive of your company as per 2626344 firstly.
