- The file size of xxx exceeds the maximum file size limit of 5,000 kilobytes
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
Cause
- In the Provisioning Attachment Maximum file size is maintained as 5M and the file exceeds this value
Resolution
- Go to Provisioning -> Company Settings
- Under Attachment Maximum file size select 10 m from the drop down
