Background jobs are running for the future worker.

The background job for the future worker runs every day. The background job program checks if the start date of the assignment for the future worker matches the job execution date and performs respective changes for workforce person to convert it into an internal employee. Until then, the BP logs will be updated by the background job everyday. This is a standard setup and hence, updates the logs every time the job is executed.
