Symptom

The JDBC adapter is being used (in SAP Cloud Integration) to connect with On-premise DB, and when trying to run the Iflow, the below error message is being faced:

  • com.sap.it.rt.adapter.jdbc.exceptions.JDBCException: The processing has failed due to error in creating metadata table. : java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: IO Error: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection
