3223846 - User Cannot Edit Child Picklist Field Despite the Correct Permissions - Recruiting Management

The user is not able to edit Child Picklist field in the Job Requisition or in the Offer Approval despite having the necessary permissions and Parent Picklist field having a value already selected.

In the following sample case, Country is the Parent Picklist field and Custom Parent Child is the Child Picklist field.
