• Some forms cannot be uploaded

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Log into instance
2. Go to "Maintain Onboarding and Offboarding Document Templates"
3. Try to upload the "Form X" form and it should upload successfully
4. Try to upload the "Form Y" form and it's not working
5. It appears to be stuck on a loading screen

• Document size.
• Regardless of settings in Provisioning for Document Attachment, attachment limit is only 10 MB.
