3224248 - Notification Not Available to Subscription

Notification not available to subscription in Task Subscriptions view.

SAP Business ByDesign.

1. Go to Home work center.
2. Go to Inbox view.
3. Click on Subscribe to Tasks.
4. Scroll down.

See that the desirable notification is not listed.

The related Workflow Rule is missing.

In order to see that notification in the Subscribe to Tasks you need to create a Workflow Rule with type as Notification.

Please follow the below steps:

1. Go to Application and User Management work center.
2. Go to Workflow Rules view.
3. Click New.
4. Add a Description.
5. Define the Business Object and Timing.
6. Click Next.
7. On step 3 (Define Actions) set the Rule Type as Notification.
8. Define the Subject and Add a Recipient.
9. Click Finish.
10. Click Activate.

After that you are able to see this Notification in the Task Subscriptions.
