Symptom
In Contract Accounts, data that is shown in the Open Items Tab is not displayed on the Open Items Card within the Central Tab.
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Utilities.
- Go to Contract Accounts.
- Search and Open an Account.
- Go to the Open Items tab - there you will see a list of open items.
- Go to the Central tab - In the Open Items Card there is no data displayed.
Resolution
For Open Items to be shown on the Open Items Card, they must have a posting date within the last 90s Days.
