3224282 - Rejected requisition move to the previous approver

Could the rejected job requisition go back to the originator or any other user in the routing map instead of the previous approver ?

1. Originator Create the job requisition
2. All the approvers approved it
3. The last approver rejected it
4. The form should go to the originator/other users in route map instead of the previous approver

As per the current system design, this is expected behavior that the rejected job requisition in the approval flow process will go to the previous approval and not the originator or any other user in the routing map.
