3224296 - When internal candidates are replying messages sent from Message Center through Outlook these are not showing in Message Center - Recruiting Management

Why there are some cases that, when internal candidates decide to reply to messages sent through the Message center these replies are not gathered in the Message center?

The recruiting messages sent from the Message Center are sent with the emails stored in the Employee profile, usually, username@company.com, however, there are some cases where when the internal candidates decide to reply to the emails with outlook the email address changes from username@company.com to firstname.lastname@company.com and so the reply is not saved in Message center.

The candidate needs to make sure that Outlook is not changing the email to a different one than the one that has sent the first message.
