Reproducing the Issue
- Login to customer’s instance
- Go to Admin Center
The error will appear.
Issue is not reproducible on support's end and even confirmed by engineering team.
Customer confirmed that their IT has detected that the link to Admin Center is blocked by TrendMicro.
Customer's IT department have added the URL into their whitelist and it fixed the issue.
