3224369 - Background image selected for users is missing and currently showing as blank

Symptom

The background images selected for users are currently not displayed under people profile header or my info tile in homepage.

Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. When go to people profile the background image is blank and same is displayed in my info tile

     

   

       2. Under manage background image library the custom background images are not shown,

                 

    Cause

    This is a known defect.

    Resolution

    Currently our engineering team is checking on this issue.
