3224469 - [Onboarding] Avoiding Electronic Signature when Proxying

Is it possible to prevent the electronic signature when doing a proxy? From a business and compliance standpoint, we should not be able to sign on behalf of someone else. Would that be possible to prevent the e-signature when proxying on an internal employee?
