3224621 - Updating the SPACE OS USERID in XSA fails "Not allowed to change space user..."

Symptom

When user installed XS advanced by default the OS users created for SAP Space: sap<sid>xsa.
Due to restrictions in the company with the length of OS UserID and tries to change the SPACE OS UserID.
 
Getting Error:
 
xs update-space SAP -u hanackpt
 
Updating space "SAP" in org "orgname"...
PASSWORD>
FAILED: Not allowed to change space user when 'fs-storage' service instances are present in a space.
