3224663 - Error Message Account Determination Missing for Cash When Posting Cash Related Documents

You are trying to post a cash related document, such as a bank statement or check deposit. However, an error message appears:  'Account determination is missing for cash. Define the account for chart of accounts <Chart of Accounts>, tab <subledger tab> field <tab column>. Enter a general ledger account for the account determination group <account determination group> and currency'.

SAP Business ByDesign

1.  Create a bank statement in the Liquidity work center or create a payment in the Payment Management work center.
2. When pressing Post or Release the error message   'Account determination is missing for cash. Define the account for chart of accounts <Chart of Accounts>, tab <subledger tab> field <tab column>. Enter a general ledger account for the account determination group <account determination group> and currency' appears. 

A specific payment method - currency combination is missing in the Account Determination for Cash set up.
