3224749 - Getting an error when accessing an application from the shared URL - Recruiting Management

When accessing the application profile through the URL shared to me, I am getting an access error like below:

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Open any job application and from the banner hover on Application URL

2. Click on Copy button to copy URL that pops up

3. Share the URL to another user
4. User tries to access the application profile using the URL and receives an error

The user accessing the URL and can't view the application profile either:

• Has no access to Job Requisition
• Has no necessary permission for the application status

The user must have access to the application through the normal method of accessing an application in order for the user to also access the application profile using a direct URL.

Ensure that user has access to Job Requisition and has the necessary permission for the application status to view the application profile:

• The user is assigned as one of the operators of the job requisition or the user is included in the operator team assigned to the job requisition
• The role of the user in the job requisition has been granted visibility / access to the pipeline status where the application is currently at
