3224758 - DP Agent is not able to connect to HANA Cloud after upgrade to 2.6.2.0: Read error: Status: 403 Forbidden

Symptom

  • After upgrading DP agent from 2.5.5.2  to 2.6.2.0, it is not able to connect to HANA Cloud.
  • The error message is: 2022-06-28 18:14:12,538 [ERROR]  DPFramework | JDBCConnector.makeConnection [] - com.sap.db.jdbc.exceptions.JDBCDriverException: SAP DBTech JDBC: Cannot connect to jdbc:sap://<*>.hanacloud.ondemand.com:443 [HTTP connect failed: Read error: HTTP connect failed: Read error: Status: 403 Forbidden
  • A JDBC trace shows: ErrorCode=1039 SQLState=HY000 ErrorPos=0 ErrorText=not supported to redirect connection with no database name by using low version of client library, so either provide a database name or upgrade client library ErrorLevel=1
