• A timestamp error is being received by the candidates when trying to complete their paperwork in New Employee Step.
• Error Message:
  • An error has occurred.
    Please return to the home page to continue accessing your account. If the error still appears, close the browser and restart Onboarding 1.0. Error timestamp: [timestamp].

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

1. Candidate clicks the complete paperwork link from their welcome email.
2. The candidate receives the error.

• The logs shows an error:  An item with the same key has already been added.
• This error means that there are two panels controls that use the same key.

For Live Customers and Implementation Partners

1. Please create a support ticket and ask to check the logs if it matches the error mentioned above.
2. If the same error is found,
   1. Make sure that there are no panels using the same key for a field.
   2. Use unique keys for each field per panel.
