Symptom

Can not set the isConsentGranted parameter for policy consent statements to "false".

Setting the isConsentGranted to "false" using accounts.setAccountInfo REST API is returning the following error:

      "errorCode": 400006,
      "message": "Unallowed value for field: preferences.[consentName].isConsentGranted",
      "fieldName": "preferences.[consentName].isConsentGranted"
