3224792 - How to have an EPM Add-in report display without any EPM specific functions visible?

Symptom

When creating a Report/Input Schedule within the EPM Add-in and wanting to send this to other users to review that do not use the EPM Add-in, how can the EPM formula references be removed from the report so that only the values are seen?
