3224834 - Validation rules ignored with restricted measure in SAC

Validation rules ignored when it is used with restricted measure. The cells in a story are input ready regardless of validation rules. 

• SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 2022.8.16 (Client) & 2022.8.14 (Server)

1. Open your model, Workspace - Validation Rules. Create a validation rule. 
2. Create a story of the model, and set Planning Enabled. 
3. The cells for Measure in the story become input ready based on the rule. 
4. Create a Restricted measure(Story Calculations).
5. Notice the validation rule is ignored and all cells for restricted measure are displayed as input ready.
