Previously, in events with custom offline responses enabled, SAP Ariba Sourcing checks for out-of-sync spreadsheets only when a user changes event values by importing event content from custom offline response spreadsheets. It displays an error message when the uploaded custom offline response sheet file is not in sync with the event content. However, if the project owner changes event values on the interactive user interface, SAP Ariba Sourcing does not perform the consistency (synchronization) check.
