In Process Manager, how can I change the workspace main language?

SAP Signavio Process Manager 3.0

Please follow the below steps to change your workspaces main language:

1. In Explorer, navigate to Setup and select 'Define languages'.
2. In the pop-up, add a new language.
3. Click the move up button until the language you want as the main language is number two on the list.
4. Click move up one more time and see that a warning box appears and asks for a code to proceed.
5. Please contact support for the code.

There are the following known issues after change of the default language that you should be aware of:

• The search results and dictionary entries may not be displayed correctly because the search index has to be re-created. The re-indexing happens automatically and is scheduled by a cron job, but it can take up to half an hour in bigger tenants. We don't know how often is the cron-job triggered.
• It can also happen that the dictionary items are empty because the search index falls back on the main language. Please reach out to Support to trigger a re-indexing to resolve this issue.
