3225054 - SCPR3 | System settings forbid changes to Switch BC Sets during upload

You try to upload a Switch BC Set in SAP namespace into a customer system, but this information message appears: 
System settings forbid changes to Switch BC Sets
Example:

System settings forbid changes to Switch BC Sets BC Set name 

Message no. SCPR824

Diagnosis

You cannot change/maintain Switch BC Set ZSLAADVRET_V_T184_V, because of the current system settings.

This may be because:

• The Switch  assigned to the Switch BC Set is not active in the current client

• Switch BC Set recording is not active in the current client

• The system is not an SAP system

• The current user is not authorized to change BC Sets

System Response

You cannot go to change mode, or maintain the Switch BC Set.

Procedure

Check for these possible causes.
