3225079 - Unable to update a field value by Employee Import function - Successfactors

• Unable to update a field value by Employee Import function.
• Company exit date cannot be updated at the Import scheduled job.
• What are the restrictions for user data file being used at the Import function.

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. CSV file has been prepared to update certain columns and applied to the Import scheduled job.
2. Required column not getting updated.

File content missing the required format to be followed.

• Header row including the first two rows should follow the format.
• User information at the import file should follow format as per below document:
