3225114 - Form I-9, Section 2 - Supported document format - Onboarding

Some formats are not working in upload documents I-9 Section 2.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Login to instance as the admin.
2. Complete Section 2 and 3 of Form I-9.
3. Complete Section 2 and Section 3 of Form I-9.
4. Select Start on any candidate.
5. Upload file that is not ".png" and ".pdf."
   
   

The behavior has already been addressed to the responsible teams and confirmed as an issue. A code correction was created and it will be deployed in the next release, H2 2022 (B2211).

As workaround is necessary to upload files in ."pdf" and ".png" while the engineers correct the issue.
