 Error Message "Provided parent org unit ID does not exist" when Replication Organizational Structure to C4C via service interface OrganizationHierarchyReplicationIn.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Administrator work center.
2. Go to the General Setting work center view.
3. Open the Web Service Message Monitoring under System Administration.
4. Select query Erroneous.
5. Search for message ID related to OrganizationHierarchyReplicationIn.

Error: Provided parent org unit ID does not exist

The node <ReceiverParentOrganizationCentreID>CO_*</ReceiverParentOrganizationCentreID> is passed in the incoming payload, however, the Company CO_* is not maintained in the Org Structure work center view and the correspondent ID mapping is not performed.

In order to resolve such issue, the Company needs to be created and properly maintained in C4C via steps below:

1. Go to the Administrator work center.
2. Go to the General Setting work center view.
3. Select Org Structure under Company.
4. Create a new CO_* Company.

Afterwards, the ID Mapping needs to be defined for the new CO_* Company via following steps:

1. Go to the Administrator work center.
2. Go to the ID Mapping for Integration work center.
3. Open Edit ID Mapping for Integration.
4. Select the Mapping of as ERP Company.
5. Select the desired System Instance ID.
6. Maintain the mapping for CO_*.
7. Save it.

Reprocess the failed message and the message will be successfully processed.
