3225252 - Invalid to-do item is showing in Manage my Team tile - Recruiting Management

Symptom

Old ToDo task is visible in My team tile. The items showing in the tile are cancelled job requisitions.

Past due tasks for recruiting are appearing for the Manager in the Manager's Managers My team section but when the direct reports check their To-Do, they are not there.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Manager logs in to the system.
  2. Scroll down to Manage my Team tile and look for action required.
  3. Open the tile to identify the action item and the affected direct report.
  4. Manager notifies the direct report to complete the task.
  5. The direct report logs in and opens their To-Do but the task is not there.

Resolution

This is a known issue observed for some cancelled pending To-Do items. As a temporary workaround, we can request Engineering to run a script to remove this incorrect data in Manager's Manager My Team tile. The Engineering team is also working on the permanent fix for this issue.
