3225278 - TCP/IP connection to redirected Azure SQL Server fails with SDI MssqlLogReaderAdapter

Symptom

Connection test of an MssqlLogReaderAdapter remote source gives:

"Error reading Remote Object: InternalError: dberror(CallableStatement.execute): 403 - internal error: Cannot get remote source objects: Adapter validation failed. [<Remote source name>]Failed to establish JDBC connection. Error: The TCP/IP connection to the host <*>.<Azure region>.worker.database.windows.net (redirected from <*>.database.windows.net), port 11014 has failed. Error: "connect timed out (local port 51512 to address X.X.X.X (<DP Agent hostname>), remote port 11014 to address <redirect host's IP>). Verify the connection properties. Make sure that an instance of SQL Server is running on the host and accept
