3225295 - Learning admin can't find scheduled report under "Report Jobs" tab

• The Learning admin wants to disable a scheduled report created by another admin, but can't find it under the "Report Jobs" tab.
• A scheduled report created by a Learning Admin, who was deleted from Learning, is no longer available under the "Report Jobs" tab to be disabled or edited.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

After deleting a Learning admin, it is desired to disable the scheduled reports this admin scheduled:

1. Reports >
2. Report Jobs >
3. Owner name: other >
4. Look for the admin ID who got removed from Learning >
5. No scheduled reports show up.

The deletion of the admin happened this way:

1. System Administration >
2. Security >
3. Administrators >
4. Look for an admin ID >
5. Click Delete.

*The admin was deleted instead of inactivated.

Expected behavior. The scheduled reports become orphaned in the system when the admin is deleted instead of inactivated, therefore it won't be possible to find it under the "Reports Jobs" tab.

Obs.: A different behavior is observed when inactivating the admin. When the Learning admin is inactivated, the scheduled reports created by this admin are automatically disabled.

In this scenario, other admins can only disable the scheduled reports of the deleted admin if they recreate the admin. Once done, then the reports are once again visible under the "Report Jobs" tab and can be disabled. To recreate the admin, please go to:

1. System Administration >
2. Security >
3. Administrators >
4. Add New >
5. Insert the same admin ID the user had before being deleted >
6. Enter any other necessary details >
7. Click Add >
8. A warning message will display asking to press YES or NO. Kindly press YES to recover the administrator >
9. Then, look for the scheduled reports again.
