3225298 - Copy control from Billing to SO at Schedule line level not working as expected

• Copy control from billing to order(VTAF ) is created, entries are maintained under node 'Schedule line'. However, the copy control routine and proposed schedule line category doesn't work as expected.
• You maintain 'schedule line' for the copy control from billing document to order, set a value to 'SchdLneCatProposal'(V_TVCPAFE-ETTYN), and expect it to be the schedule line category of the target order -- but it is not, a different schedule line category is set instead on the target sales document.
• You maintain 'schedule line' for the copy control from billing document to order, set a value to 'Sched.Line Cat.'(V_TVCPAFE-ETTYV), and expect this setting can be found and work basing on the schedule line of a preceding sales order of the billing document -- but it is not, a different schedule line category is set instead on the target sales document.
