When performing the setup for Concur integration in ByD, you notice that in the activity "User Registrations for OAUTH2 Web Services" the following entries are missing:
CONCUR_INTEGRATION_OAUTH
CONCUR_INTEGRATION_OAUTH2
Environment
SAP Business ByDesign.
Cause
As of release 2022, there were changes made in the OAuth authentication for Concur integration.
Resolution
This is the expected system behavior. You can check more details on how to configure the authentication in the updated Integration Guide:
