3225410 - The candidate profile is still inaccessible post the Target date in Process object

In Manage Data >> Process, the Target date is passed.

ConvertExternalUserOnStartDateJob runs successfully.

But the candidate is still an external user.

The start date in Job Information is updated during Manage Pending Hire

The convert job picks candidates based on the start date in Job Information.

If the start date in Job Information is updated to a future date during Manage Pending Hire, then the candidate will be picked on that day.
