3225458 - Corresponding Avail. Conf. Item Party In Customer Requirement Not Found

The error message: Corresponding avail. conf. item party in customer requirement not found is displayed in DFV result.

Business ByDesign

1. Go to Application and User Management work center. 
2. Navigate to the Business Data Consistency view and choose the subview Data Flow Verification Result. 
3. Select the DFV result with errors between Sales Order and Customer Demand business documents. 
4. Choose the Edit button.  

Under Details section of the DFV result you can see the error message: Corresponding avail. conf. item party in customer requirement not found is displayed in DFV result.

• The vendor party could not be created in customer demand due to the missing confirmed ship-from location.
• The ship-from location will be populated after successful check availability confirmation of the sales order mentioned in the DFV result.
• Currently, the relevant sales order while performing ATP check will display a message: The source of supply cannot be determined; check the sourcing-relevant master data.

• The business user will have to make sure all your sourcing relevant master data is maintained in the system. The error can be because of any master data setting missing in the system.
• You need to check the help document titled Ship-From Determination and Shipment Scheduling for Customer Demand and make sure all the settings are maintained correctly.
• Once the settings are maintained correctly, you will be able to successfully determine ship-from location for the sales order via ATP check.
• The DFV errors will be resolved during the recheck after ATP has determined a ship-from location successfully.
