3225689 - Unable to update Job Code in existing job requisition (screen just loading) - Recruiting Management

• Screen keeps loading when updating Job Code field in existing job requisition.
• When a user tries to create requisition through "Browse family and role", the screen just flicks and no action is taken.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management 

1. Open an existing job requisition
2. Scroll down to see the Job Code field
3. Click update
4. Screen just loads

OR

1. Go to Recruiting > Job Requisition > Create Job Requisition
2. Select "Browse Family and roles".
3. Notice that the screen just flicks and no families or roles are been shown even when the user has the Manage Job Profile Permission (2526810)

The issue is due to missing permission of the Recruiting Roles.

Configuration:
Family and Role is configured to be secured.

Permission Configuration: Basic Job Profile is provided, but the Secured Entity Permission is not provided.

Reason: Since the two entity is configured as secured the system will not allow any users to have access to the Role and Family (Even you have permission to View Content from Manage Job Profile Content) without having a separate Write permission to address the Secured Entity Permission.

Provide View/Edit Permission for Family and Role Entity Permission:

1. Go to Admin Center -> Manage Permission Roles
2. Select the role of the affected user
3.Select Manage Job Profile Builder
4.Select “Can Edit Content”
