3225751 - E-mail Text not Visible in Edit Output Settings of Sales Quote

 You are not able to set the facet 'E-mail Text' in Edit Output Settings of sales quotes as visible.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Sales work center.
2. Go to the Sales Quotes view.
3. Open a quote.
4. Click on Actions -> Edit Output Settings.
5. E-mail Text facet is missing.

The below prerequisites need to be fulfilled to E-mail Text be visible:

• Question "Do you want to use formatted text for sales quote output email body?" needs to be enabled in system scope.
• On popup "Edit Output Settings", facet "Output Details" you have to select Send By "E-mail".

To enable the scoping question:

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
2. Go to the Implementation Projects view.
3. Select active project.
4. Click on Edit Project Scope.
5. Go to the steps Questions.
6. Expand Sales -> New Business -> Communication for New Business -> Select Sales Quotes Forms.
7. Select the question "Do you want to use formatted text for sales quote output email body?".

In the quote:

1. Go to the Sales work center.
2. Go to the Sales Quotes view.
3. Open a quote.
4. Click on Actions -> Edit Output Settings.
5. In the facet "Output Details" select "E-mail" in the field "Send By".
