3226163 - Offboarding Process Logic in SuperAdmin's Process Filter

Symptom

When a candidate is initiated in a Offboarding Process, the system triggers the wrong process.

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

Cause

One of the causes of this issue could be the logic of the Offboarding Process in SuperAdmin's process filter tab.

Resolution

The Offboarding logic must be divided into different ORs.

Incorrect logic:

The system will consider one or other key to filter the process of Offboarding.

Correct logic:

This way system will consider both keys before filter the process of Offboarding.
