3226190 - Can we remove or restrict users from accessing "As of Date" filter when running adhoc report created on Person and Employment ( as of date ) ?

When user is running a adhoc report created on Person and Employment (as of date) domain they see an option to select the desired date.

1. Login into instance 
2. Create a simple adhoc report on Person and Employment (as of date) domain
3. Run adhoc report from report center, we can see below pop up which allows us to select "As of Date"
4. 

It is expected as per design, since Person and Employment (as of date) domain is effective dated.

We cannot remove the "As of Date" filter or restrict users from selecting only the specified values while running the adhoc report.
