Symptom

Attempts to upload a file to the SAP system fail with "An error occurred when uploading to SAP Knowledge Provider" popup.



SLG1 application log (KBA 2782452) displays the below error message - Error when uploading file: <DRIVE>:<PATH> (no_authority):
