3226196 - Status is not Updated to Active When Changing Future Hired Employee's Hire Date to be Today via Hire Date Correction Tool

For an inactive employee, when the new hire date field was set to the current date in the Manage Data page, only the JOB_REL entity was updated as part of the HRIS Sync, the JOB_INFO and COMP_INFO entities were not.
