3226229 - Custom Title Mapping not being respected in People Picker

A custom mapping to send information from EC HRIS Element "local-job-title" to the Standard Element "title" has been created, the value is properly stored in UDF and displayed in Header and Universal Search.

However, it does not display in People Picker.

SAP SuccessFactors Platform

1. Universal Search is displaying the local-job-title (which respects the custom HRISmapping);
2. But the People Picker is not displaying the value stored in local-job-title (which does not respect the custom mapping).

This is planned to be fixed in 2H 2022 release.
