3226234 - During Global assignment Creation a New Record time-slice will be created for GA User's Dependents

• During Global Assignment creation, new timeslice will be set up/updated for user’s dependent
• Dependents record created by adding Global assignment

1. Go to the User's profile
2. Add global assignment
3. Set the Event reason: ADD_GA
4. Fill below fields:
   Type: // Start date: / End date:  /Position: / Is accompanying dependent: No
5. Submit
6. Go to Global Assignment User's Dependents portlet
7. New Dependents record is created

As per the current product design, this is expected behavior.

Note: A timeslice will also be added in the dependents portlet when ending a global assignment with an effective date of the End Date+1

As per the Centralized Services' design, all effective-dated entities that are participating in an action should have aligned time slices.  Dependent section is part of Global Assignments and it is an effective-dated entity, therefore, a new time slice will be created when Creating/Ending a Global Assignment. 

It is expected that during GA creation, new timeslice will be set up/updated for user’s dependent
