Environment

  • SAP Analytics Cloud 2022.8
  • S/4HANA On-premise

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Complete the configurations in the guide above.
  2. Log into S/4HANA and go to Manage KPIs and Reports.
  3. Nothing is listed in Stories section.

Cause

The issue is caused by a defect in the product.

Resolution

  • The issue is fixed in a future** version of SAP Analytics Cloud.
  • Please refer to maintenance document.

    ** in version 2022.15. for customers on a bi-weekly (fast track) release cycle.
    ** in 2022 Q3 for customers on a Quarterly release cycle (QRC).

    Workaround:

    1. Change S4HANA language to English.
    2. Edit the story and save it.
    3. The story will show again.
